Marcel - Owner & Expert HVAC Tech
Born and raised in Canada, I moved to the USA in 2001 to marry my wife Shelly. Our family has grown by SIX amazing daughters, through both birth and adoption. We had the opportunity to be foster parents for 5 years, and this has grown our desire to continue helping those in our community. I have the God-given talent to fix just about anything mechanical, and I love being the person who can get things working after others say it can’t be fixed. I enjoy being able to educate people about the best heating and AC options available to them.
Josh - Service Technician
Hey, I’m Josh! Don’t let the tattoos scare you, I’m a softy, and when I see your pets you’ll see that right away. When not at work, you can find me researching dog health and wellness tips and working on training with my dog Jäger or playing with my cat Geppetto. When the weather is nice, you can also find me at the golf course or at the paintball field, but when you need someone to come and take care of your furnace or AC I’ll be there!
Kevin - Lead Install Tech
29 years experience in the industry. I'm a father of 3 Sara, Justin, and Ashley and married to my best friend Shannon for 24 years. Dog dad to 2 amazing pitties, Sam and Emily. Love yard work and flowers and spending time with the family. Proud to be part of the best HVAC team known to both man and beast!
Frank - Expert HVAC Tech
I am the youngest of 9 kids and live in Cedar Lake. My siblings and I have stayed close and like hanging out. I love my Australian shepherd, Trixie. My second job is throwing her toys for her to retrieve and bring back to me. I like dirt bikes, jet skis and fast cars. I went to school at Ivy Tech and got an associates degree in HVAC. I got to work for my uncle, Ken Kleine for 6 years after trade school and have 10 years experience in the industry.
Annika - Customer Service Representive
As I help my dad, Marcel, with the family business, I will usually be the first person you talk to when calling True Quality HVAC. In my free time I enjoy playing with dog Holly and keeping my cats, Zazu and Mushu, out of trouble.
Owen - Apprentice HVAC Tech
Hey, I’m Owen! I’ve been doing HVAC on and off throughout high school. After graduating from Illiana Christian I attended a trade school in Dallas, graduated the top of my class and received my HVAC certifications. I come from a family of 4, and have a dog named Cubby. All through high school I ran track (hurdles were my specialty) and it’s still a huge passion of mine. I like working out, fishing, and playing video games. Working at True Quality HVAC has been an awesome experience! I enjoy installing furnaces and AC’s and am loving the trade.
